All You Need To Know About Dental Rehabilitation

22 years old male patient, reported to our clinic with upper anterior Roots and deciduous tooth , wants rehabilitation of upper anterior teeth. He has no previous medical history.

Congenitally missing 12 and Retained deciduous 52.  Status after Extraction – one microdont which was placed palataly  and crown part touching palatal cortical bone and labial cortical plate  irt 11,21 was very thin.

Extraction  of microdont done by using long carbide round bur and magnetic mallet. One ADIN Implant placed (size -3.5/13) irt 12  utilizing the  coronal alveolar bone of retained deciduous tooth, bypassing the cavity of microdont and got the primary stability from apical alveolar bone for implant.  four gelatamps placed in the cavity around the implant. Other ADIN implant (size -3.3/13) irt 21 placed.

This patient 78 years old,  female patient wants Rehablitation of full mouth. Findings – Missing teeth irt  24,25,26,27,44,45,46, bridge irt 43-47, Mesio angular horizontal impaction irt 38, 48., Implants irt 33, 35 ,36 (placed  6 years back).  Advised for Implants irt 24,26,27, 44,46,47 , extraction irt 47,48.

Treatment done – Implants placed irt 24,26,27 after  Indirect sinus lift done (by using Magnetic Mallet ) Implant prosthesis on left side delivered 5 years back.   Extraction of 47 ,48 done surgically under local anaesthesia  and Implants placed  irt  44,46,47. Three gelatamps  placed in the sockets of 47,48  2 years back. Implant bridge screw retained placed irt 44-47 .recently we placed – Two implants placed irt 13, 14 region after extraction of 14.

62 years old male patient , hypertensive but controlled Blood Pressure and taking medications for hypothyroidism having root irt 27.

Extraction of 37 done by sectioning of root under Local anaesthesia , one ADIN (  tourag –S) implant size – (5.0/11.5 mm.) placed in distal root . one gelatamp  placed irt  mesial root and suturing done. 

 24 years old female patient, having pain and swelling in left lower posterior most region of face. After oral examination she has Impacted 38 , 48 and buccoversion eruption of  18, 28. Surgical extraction advised for 38 and 48

Local anaesthesia ( Articaine )  used irt 28 and 38.

Extraction of 28 done with straight elevator For 38 incision made along the buccal and distal margins of 38 area , flap reflected and  bone guttering done . Tooth extracted out from its socket , socket cleaned and sutured .
